Master of the gnarniverse. Bold claim for some. Fact-checked humility for the SB165. At home outside the tape, beyond the norm. Taken on the trails nobody talks about. Trusted on the lines where mistakes can't happen. Comfortable with all the chaos. Pleased when you're puckered. Fearless of your fear. FEATURES: CUT THE TAPE. The rowdiest trails are outside the tape, so we gravity-tested in the lab and toss-tested by Reed Boggs. SECURE IN THE ROUGH. Chainguide ready out of the box. And standard equipment on all SB165 builds. GRAVITY TESTED The SB165 is built tough. The frame meets Yeti DH testing standards, well beyond what others do for a 165mm trail bike. This thing will last for a lifetime, but we gave you a warranty to match just for good measure. LET'ER EAT Chair lift, Shuttle truck or self-shuttle. The SB165 doesn't discriminate. If you choose to earn your turns, it's no slouch. ANTI-SQUAT Across our line, we have chosen a relatively flat and high anti-squat curve in the beginning and mid-section of travel where pedaling commonly occurs a.k.a. the pedaling zone. This creates an efficient pedaling platform through your entire pedaling zone, as opposed to one single point. After the pedaling zone, there is an inflection point where the Switch Infinity link moves down, dropping the anti-squat drastically. Riders are typically not pedaling in this zone, so chain forces have less of an effect on the suspension performance. Decoupling of the chain forces allows the suspension to work more efficiently to absorb impacts making the feel of a Yeti distinct. LEVERAGE RATE When seeking to find the outer limits of personal performance, it would be a shame to reach the limit of your bike first. - PROGRESSIVITY: 27.5% NEW SCHOOL GEO FOR NEW SCHOOL FREERIDE. Devouring big terrain, the SB165 feels better the faster, steeper, and deeper riders go 1. SLACKER THAN MOST DH BIKES: The SB165 loves the steeps. 2. STEEP WHERE IT COUNTS: A steeper seat tube angle means pedaling back up isn't a slog. 3. DUAL CROWN COMPATIBLE: Capable and already on Reed's bike.

There's nothing quite like a downhill bike The V10 is the same bike ridden by the Syndicate to World Cup victories. And those riders looking to just imitate their heroes on Sunday afternoon or find the best lines in the bike park know there’s no replacement for a proper downhill bike. Lap after lap, day after day nothing stands up to the abuse or gives the thrills a downhill bike can. Nothing. Carbon Full CC Carbon frame with in-molded cable routing tunnels Reach adjust headset cups Dials in fit for the rider and terrain needs (-8mm / 0 / +8mm) VPP™ 208mm of VPP™ travel exquisitely refined with ease of tuning and serviceability in mind Sliding Brake Mount A single brake mount for rear axle adjustment
$8,000.00
Backed by world championship pedigree, this full composite-framed downhill flyer is back in action with 200mm of reengineered Maestro rear suspension and multiple ways to adjust geometry, rider positioning and rear wheel size. It's all-new, years in the making, coming to race podiums everywhere. KEY PERFORMANCE FACTORS RACE-READY SUSPENSION A new Maestro rear suspension system, developed over several seasons of World Cup racing with Giant engineers and pro athletes, features 200mm of smooth, active travel for race-winning speed. The rear suspension is paired with a 203mm travel fork, providing superior confidence and control on the most extreme DH racetracks and trails. ULTRA ADJUSTABLE Three flip chips provide unprecedented adjustability. First, a three-position Maestro flip chip lets you dial in frame geometry for your riding style and terrain. Next, a new headset flip chip adjusts reach so you can easily achieve perfect positioning. And finally, a rear dropout flip chip lets you adjust the overall wheelbase and handling characteristics. REAR WHEEL OPTIONS: Choose either a 29-inch or 27.5-inch rear wheel. All models come with a mixed wheel "mullet" stock setup that many racers prefer with the smaller rear wheel creating a snappy, agile feel and increased saddle-to-tire clearance in the rear. For those who favor the rollover speed and stability of two 29-inch wheels, you can easily swap out the rear wheel. HIGHLIGHTS: Thoroughly reengineered from the ground up, the new Glory Advanced features a lightweight, super strong composite frame, 200mm of Maestro rear suspension (with a 203mm fork up front), and multiple flip chips to dial in geometry, rear wheel size, fit and positioning. The stock setup is a mixed-wheel configuration with a 29-inch front and 27.5-inch rear, striking a perfect balance of roll-over speed and maneuverability. Riders also have the option to switch to a 29-inch rear wheel using a simple two-position flip chip on the rear dropout. The legend is back.

A downhill bike that goes everywhere. Seriously. The Megatower’s big wheels, long travel, and tough carbon fiber chassis deliver the high-speed security traits of a downhill bike. Yet the relatively steep seat tube angle and size-specific geo maintain the Mega’s mega pedaling ability—elevating its reputation as the perfect choice for big gravity rides and DH park laps. Design Details: - Glovebox Place everything you need for a ride beneath the reassuringly high-quality latch and panel in the downtube, including your driving gloves. The Glovebox also comes with a Tool Wallet and Tube Purse, two refined pouches for keeping your essentials close to hand. - Full carbon C and CC frame options While both versions of our carbon frames are made in our own factory, are just as strong and stiff as one another, and have a lifetime warranty, there are a couple of differences between the two. CC frames use the very best materials and production processes available, while our C frames add on a little more weight for a little less $. - Steeper seat tube angle The steep seat tube angle puts you in the right place to scale the steepest pitches to get to the wildest descents. Even better, it gets progressively steeper as the sizes get larger so everyone sits in the right spot. - 165mm of VPP™ travel A relatively low leverage ratio not only makes setup easier but delivers a more damped, controlled feel across the travel range. - Coil and water compatibility Even with a lower-link flip chip and the option to run large-body shocks, like a coil, you’re still able to fit a water bottle inside the front triangle. - Longer travel? 165mm of travel comes standard, but if you choose to run a shock with a longer, 65mm stroke, you can bump it up to 170mm. - Details matter The frame details are completed with a neat mud flap that protects the rear shock, a rubberized downtube protector that shrugs off strikes, and tidy cable routing within the frame and swingarm. - Proportional geo The Megatower's chainstay length is matched to the frame size so every rider, no matter their height, gets the same balanced geometry. - Full size range From size small to XXL, no one misses out on the Megatower.
