Our Rental Policies

When you rent a bike at KB, you will need to present:


» Valid U.S. Driver's License or Passport, and

» Credit card with sufficient credit line to accommodate an authorization for the value of the equipment you are renting.

» Guaranteed reservations require full, non-refundable payment in advance.


Please note: we do not accept debit cards for the above authorization process, as it will make funds from your checking account unavailable to you. We only accept credit cards for rental equipment authorization.


When you rent a bike from Kirkland Bicycle, you will take full responsibility for the bicycle as well as your own riding safety. If the bicycle is stolen while you have it on rental, you will pay the depreciated value of the equipment. If you are in an accident or damage the bicycle otherwise you will be responsible for your own medical expenses as well as any repairs needed to bring the bike back to optimal condition.
