I have been working in the cycling industry for 15 years, and been a passionate rider for many more. I’ve seen all of what the industry has to offer in terms of customer service- the best and the bad. My philosophy of retail is that the best service means getting my clients exactly what they need: the right bike, with the right fit, at the right price. When not at KB, you may catch me on the roads around Kirkland, at Duthie Hill, Galbraith or, hopefully, Whistler.
